At some H&M stores, there are still pieces from the Margiela collaboration. Those pieces are now going for $10. The H&M store at the Time Warner Center had a number of white painted jeans for that low price but everything else from the collaboration line has sold out. Fashionable Femme Jen checked out the H&M store in Soho to find a few pieces there. She also had a look at the low-budget retail stores in the area and gives us a roundup:
“On my way around town running errands, I couldn’t help but notice all the sale signs lining Broadway. It seems like now is the perfect time to shop end-of-season specials. Why not pick up something fun for fashion week, as prices have hit super sale status?!
Over at H&M, shoes and accessories are an additional 50% off sale pricing! In fact, the entire Margiela for H&M collection (clothing wise) seems to be $10 (or less)! To keep warm in this frosty weather, I grab the black bra body suit for $7. I spy a rack full of the pants (white, green, navy and white stripe, grey +skirt) in assorted sizing–all for $10. Some of the basic accessories (hats/scarves) are priced as low as $1.50 to $3.50 after discount.
Nearby, Forever 21 is running a similar 50% off sale pricing promotion. Downstairs, one will find shoes, jackets, and assorted seperates–for an additional 50% off! Highlights include a black and teal sequined dress for $8 (orig. $37) and a peacoat in assorted colors and sizes for just $6 (orig. $25)! Levi’s and Guess are both running 50% off sale pricing promotions for leftover stock at the back of the store. Guess has a couple bags and shoes included in the mix, but mostly slinky dresses. Buffalo by David Bitton, Desigual and Mango are all advertising sales of up to 70% off. Lucky is advertising an extra 25% off sale pricing.
If you happen to be in the area, stop by for some super sale shopping before prices go up with the introduction of the new collections!”
