New York City based footwear and accessories designer, Alejandro Ingelmo, is known for designing stylish towering heels. His fashion-forward sneakers are also gaining popularity. This week, the designer is hosting a sample sale above his Soho boutique. Fashionable Femme Jen checked it out.
“Though the sale space is cozy, the shoe selection is sizeable. A table of $100 finds is situated in the middle of the floor. The most affordable of the sale, one can find the Tron high-top in flourescent colors, the Kennedy platform loafer, teal sueded round toe pumps, tan ankle sandals, nude peep toe booties, ankle booties and black patent round toe pumps–all for $100 (orig. $500-$1000+!).
Perched on the left side one can find the Athena, Mariposa and Tara Boomerang, just to name a few signature styles. Pricing ranges from $150 to $250. Two pairs of shiny snakeskin pumps are $300 each.
Sizing is depleting fast in popular styles, but there is generally still a decent range of sizes. If you happen to be in the area and enjoy sky-high heels (Made in the USA!), this sale could yield a bargain!”
