This sale offers plenty of the stuff that the boutique carries. Much more than the previous sale.
The markdowns are mostly 70% off retail, with some items (home and beauty) at 75% off. Not too shabby but being that the merchandise is fairly high-end. Some of the items are still pricey even with the discount.
As for what’s on offer. There’s lots of clothing, a limited selection of handbags, jewelry and other accessories. There’s quite a selection of footwear in the back of the space. Many of the shoes are one-offs but there are some available in multiple sizes. Just ask a staffer and they’ll help.
Some of the designers (both well-known and little-known) include Proenza Schouler, Altuzzara, Alumnae, Gabriela Hearst, J.W. Anderson, Lemaire, LemLem, Marni, MM6 Maison Marcela, Mark Cross, Manolo Blahnik, Pierre Hardy, Protagonist, Robert Clergerie, Roland Mouret, Sensi Studio, Vanessa Seward, Vince, Woman by Common Projects and more.
The best deals are on the beauty products (75% off retail) and can be found with home goods. They include creams, hair oil, nail polish, make up and more. But items were flying off the shelves during Monday night’s preview. That said, I did overhear someone saying they plan to replenish.
Home goods selection includes lamps, candle holders, marble bowls, art books and duvets. Sale goes through this Sunday, October 15th.
