The stylish shoe shop, Tani, in the Lower East Side is a favorite of Fashionable Femme Jen. She checked out its end-of-season sale and has our report:
“I was a little sad when the Steve Madden outlet on Rivington Street closed a few years back. While it wasn’t my first choice in footwear, it afforded great deals and a wide assortment of styles. Swanky shoe purveyor Tani moved into the corner locale and—in principle—I didn’t think I would be a repeat customer, purely based on price alone. One of the hidden gems in the Lower East Side (100 Rivington Street), Tani’s semi-annual sales have helped stock my shoe stash a couple years and counting.
Right now, fall/ winter shoes are up to 60% off. Women’s slip ons, lace ups, boots and booties in sizes 5-10 are arranged in clusters by size. Highlights include a pair of tan suede laser cut thigh high boots for $77 (orig. $155) and platform slip-ons for $79.99 (orig. $129). A sparse wall of men’s casual shoes (J-Slide, Gola, People Waldo, etc.) ranging from $50-$100 is also available. Will keep an eye on opportunity for further markdowns.” – Fashionable Femme Jen of Style Curated
