More than a thousand retailers across the city will be hosting all kinds of events with celebrity appearances, complimentary drinks, food and fun.

Last week, Vogue’s Grace Coddington and André Leon Talley took part in a discussion of the documentary The September Issue at the Barnes & Noble on Union Square.  The event kicked off the release of the film on DVD.  The snowstorm didn’t stop people from attending.  It was a packed house. I caught some of the discussion on video.  Both Talley and Coddington shared their impressions of the film as well as spoke about other topics such as what defines style…
