The Brooklyn boutique chain Bird is now offering up to 60 percent off its current spring/summer merchandise. I stopped into the Park Slope store earlier this week to find tons of stuff.

Up the street from Project No. 8 is Gargyle’s end-of-season clearance sale where you’ll find items from Acne, Rachel Comey, Vena Cava, Surface to Air, United Bamboo and more for up to 85 percent off. I stopped in over the weekend. A few things caught my eye such as a Vena Cava top ($150) and dress ($175) and a pair of Surface to Air sandals ($150). But nothing else was exciting. Sale ends Sunday at 7pm. You can also find the sale online. I opted to skip the first day of the Opening Ceremony sale after I saw the monstrous line this afternoon.
