Strolling around Soho on Saturday, we happened upon a few boutique sales worth noting… The markdown at the Marc Jacobs boutique on Mercer Street is now at 70% off retail on its fall/winter collection. I quickly surveyed the couple of racks and found dresses, a few coats and a handful of chunky sweaters. Plus, a few pairs of shoes. No sale handbags in sight. But if you’ve been eyeing some items from the current collection, it’s worth checking out.
Brooklyn’s chain boutique, Bird, is getting a jump on the New Year… Starting today (Friday), the retailer is offering up to 60% off retail on select merchandise. Design labels include 3.1 Phillip Lim, Isabel Marant, Thakoon Addition, Tucker, Rag & Bone, Tsumori Chisato and more…
The Lower Eastside Shop, Honey in the Rough, continues through this weekend. Markdowns are 70% off past-season dresses and accessories, including shoes. A favorite store for Fashionable Femme Jen who finds the regular prices a bit steep. But with the discount, Jen took a look:
Everything’s 70% off at the Honey in the Rough sale in the Lower East Side. Pick up a nice piece for the upcoming holiday or something fun while it’s affordable! Near the door there is a rack with a couple sleek black dresses, tops and colorful leggings–all $100 or less! Thread Social, Dagmar and Tsumori Chisato are well represented at this sale in addition to a variety of other international designers.
The Soho boutique, Kisan, features pieces from mainly international designers (European, Canadian, Japanese and more) – some well-known and other hard to find labels. The style choices are varied from sophisticated brands such as Ports 1961 to quirky funky pieces from Sonia Rykiel and Tsumori Chisato. The store on Greene Street is trying to clear out its spring/summer merchandise and through this weekend its offering final markdowns. All sale items are now 70% off the retail price.
