This season’s Thakoon sample sale is being held at the designer’s showroom in the West Village. The new location is incredibly spacious, airy and separated into two sections.  As we mentioned in our weekly sample sale roundup, there was plenty of merchandise up for grabs.

Everything was neatly organized on racks by collection.  We found pieces from the current spring collection as well as previous seasons.  There were items from the main collection (primarily found as you entered the space) as well as Thakoon Addition (hanging on racks in the second room).

NYC Sample Sales – Thakoon, Yigal Azrouel, Fred Perry & More…

A few notable sample sales this week… Let’s start with the Thakoon sample sale which often has some great deals. We attended today’s preview to find plenty of merchandise (including pieces from the current spring season).  On offer were actual production pieces from the main collection and diffusion line (Thakoon Addition) in a run of sizes and actual samples. Plus, pieces from past seasons.  General prices ranged from $50-$200.  Where/When:  225 Varick (just north of Houston), Suite 300, NY, NY; April 30-May 3; Daily (8:30am-6:30pm).

Today, the Fred Perry semi-annual sample sale kicked off in Chelsea.  As with previous sales, shoppers will find men’s, women’s and kids apparel, accessories.
