Yesterday, I stopped into The Hive Showroom where they are hosting a sample sale for Herion and other Italian labels (such as Benedetta Novi and BeeQueen by Chicca Lualdi. One of the staffers there, Lisa, took me through the racks and pulled out a few of the stand out pieces… [...] Sample Sale Diva hit up the Diane von Furstenberg friends & family preview before heading over to HH (Haute Hippie). There she found a mob scene but nowhere near what tomorrow’s public opening may bring (as many of us have seen in past sales – the first day always draws out the crowds). Here’s [...] A new contributor is joining us this week… Sample Sale Diva checked out the Haute Hippie sample sale taking place through Friday in the Flatiron. Too bad the sale is being held just down the street from the DVF sale (which appears to have overshadowed it)… according to The Diva, the space was dead [...] Italian label, Herion (known for the fun whimsical animal prints) is kicking off its sample sale tomorrow. This morning, I stopped in to find out what they had to offer. I found great deals at previous sales. This time, Herion is offering up to 70 percent off cotton & silk wraps, tops, dresses, swimwear, [...] Today is the last day of the Rag & Bone sample sale at the Chelsea Market… we’re wondering if they’ve slashed sale prices. I stopped in Friday night to check out the merchandise. I wasn’t impressed with the prices… Jackets were $250, Coats $350, Dresses $175, Shirts $115, Leather/Cashmere $595. Let us know if [...] The Tucker sample sale ends today… Last night, the showroom in the Meatpacking District was buzzing with fans of the brand. I can understand the attraction. The label’s prints are fabulous (florals, birds, geometrics, animal prints and more). Plenty of eye candy here where you’ll find an array of the designer Gaby Basora’s silk [...] We just got a notice from the folks at Tocca that they are now offering further reductions on clothing (NOT the beauty products which includes candles) – around $10 or a bit more off. They also have extended their sale through next Tuesday. They will NOT be open this weekend.
