The other shoe sale that draws a huge crowd is uptown – the Manolo Blahnik sample sale. Today the event which takes place at the Warwick Hotel is open to VIP (those on a list). One of our readers who had an invite checked out the sale this morning… She sent us the price list.

Starting this week, those of you who love to collect shoes are in for a treat… Three of the highly-sought after footwear brands are having a sample sale.
First up is the Jimmy Choo sample sale, which starts tomorrow. If the sale is like previous ones, the average price for most shoes will be about $225. Be prepared to stand in line for this one… Also, unless you’re on the friends & family list, you might be facing major disappointment. At last spring’s sale, the selection was seriously depleted just a couple of hours after they let the public inside. Last chance to get your hands on bargains at the the Midtown Manolo Blahnik boutique. On Monday, they began offering final discounts. Madison Avenue Spy reports the average price to range from $225 to $375.
The end of season sale at the Manolo Blahnik boutique in Midtown continues with further markdowns. This week, footwear from the current fall collection is 50% off the original price.
The Soho boutique, AvaMaria, has extended its relocation sale for another week. Plus, offering further markdowns. While selection at this point is limited, we’re told that there’s still some great finds such as footwear from Jimmy Choo, Manolo Blahnik and Sergio Rossi.
As we mentioned last week, the Soho boutique, AvaMaria, continues its relocation sale. Through this Saturday, the store has discounted dozens of designer shoes, including Jimmy Choos, Manolo Blahniks, Nicholas Kirkwoods and more. Also on offer are designer duds.
