Soho’s IF Boutique that carries high-end avant-garde labels such as Ann Demeulemeester, Comme des Garçons, Carpe Diem, Dries Van Noten, Junya Watanabe, Maison Martin Margiela is hosting a sale this week offering deals at 70 to 85 percent off on clothing for both men and women.

I ventured in yesterday before they closed the doors (just in time to get out of the downpour).  The sale items are set up in the boutique’s basement which was fairly busy.  Mostly women’s stuff here.  I spotted a few Margiela knits for under $200, the shoes were $175 to $250 and a Margiela black leather shoulder handbags that caught my eye was going for $405.  A Comme des Garçons top was priced at under $200.  Great deals on clothing from Danish designer, Ivan Grundahl. There were several racks of jackets (many were under $200), bottoms (under $150), tops and dresses (some were under $150).  Worth checking out, if you’re in the ‘hood.
