I received the alert today that the Barneys markdown is now up to 75-percent off on “select” fall/winter merchandise. My question is: on what?! After work, I made my way over to the Madison Avenue store, just to see what actually was discounted and by how much?

Yesterday, Barneys began it’s final reductions for the summer before its Warehouse Sale which is due to take place next month… Sale prices for selected items have now been slashed down to 75 percent off retail. Yesterday, I checked out the store on Madison Avenue to find out what was left since not everything is online. I concentrated on shoes and handbags because a girl can’t get enough of both…at least this girl!

Yesterday, sale prices were slashed further at the Barneys Warehouse Sale. Take an extra 50 percent off women’s designer items with the “red” stamp (75% off WHSF stamped items); women’s ready-to-wear is now 50 percent off; women’s shoes is also an additional 40 percent off (BLUE stamped footwear is an extra 60% off).  |
