A couple of sales worth noting… The first, Sigerson Morrison is now offering 70% off its current fall/winter collection at its stores and online. While quickly looking through the footware brand’s e-commerce site, we found quite a selection.

Thursday night, shoppers crowded the small West Village APC overstock shop on Perry Street. The store’s sale started yesterday selling off previous season merchandise. That means stuff from the spring line.
Jumelle Sample Sale

Yesterday, I happen to be in Williamsburg so I made a quick stop into the boutique, Jumelle, on Bedford Avenue. Through tomorrow (Sunday), the shop is holding its annual sample sale. While this is called a “sample sale”… the offerings are mostly production pieces (overstock). Regardless of that fact, there were some great finds.

As we enter February… retailers are wrapping up their end-of-season sales and making room for new merchandise. Wednesday’s warm weather was a nice reminder that spring is just ahead of us.
