We knew the Space NK sale would be popular but had no idea how insane it would be. On the first day (Tuesday), women were already in line at 5am! Even before Noon, the line stretched around the block and there was no letting up.

Inside, it was madness! Women were grabbing what product they could and putting them in their shopping baskets. There were plenty of takers since much of the product this London-based Apothecary carries is high-end!

Items that were available at the preview were no where to be found today such as Sunday Riley, Tata Harper, Eve Lom, Nuface, GHD and so on. If you’re hoping to find something specific, you might be disappointed. That said, we’re told that they will restock this week possibly Thursday.

We saw the following brands today: lots of Malin+Goetz, Lipstick Queen, Kevyn Aucoin, Rodial, some diptyque fragrances, by Terry and Lancer. If you spotted other brand, feel free to list them in the comments below.

Pricing is amazing which is why shoppers are going nuts! Items are anywhere from $5-$50.

Check the expiration dates as some of the products may have expired.

I couldn’t go to the preview but one of our fellow shoppers (thanks, D!) was lucky enough to check it out. Our tipster tells us that all of the brands listed in the flier were there and then some.  Here’s more info from her:

“Annoyingly, there is no price list.   You will have to ask the sales associates to scan the bar code of each individual item.  Many items seem to be $10 to $15 though.  I’ve provided details on select items below.  Also see pictures.

Sunday Riley

There was a group of women hovering around the sales associate who was opening the one box of Sunday Riley products.  Needless to say the cult brand was sold out within 1 minute.  The sales associate said they likely will put out another box tomorrow.

Example of Sunday Riley pricing:

*  Ceramic Slip (Orig. $45, Now $20)

*  Tidal (Orig. $65, Now $20)

*  Good Genes (Orig. $105, Now $40)

The second most popular brand was Oribe.  Just about every woman had a few bottles.  Don’t worry, there was a great assortment and ample product.  They even had boxes behind the desk for restocking. Most products were $10.

*  Shampoos and Conditioners 8.5oz (Orig. $49, Now $10)

*  Thick Dry Finishing Spray (Now $15

I noticed about 6 different scents (eau de toilette at $40).  I only saw one bottle of Baies.  No candles, soaps, etc.

There was also a good assortment of make-up including $10 pallets Chantecaille and $5 glosses from Lip Queen.

GHD products and other electronic face toner gadgets were going fast largely because ONE woman had ~20 GHD products, ~20 Diptypque products and ~15 Face Toner machines.  I personally as surprised they let her buy so much.  The staff helped her carry the haul to the register.”
