This is one of those sales where you have to go the first day! This morning, it looked like the last day inside the Ralph Lauren Home Sale at Metropolitan Pavilion North on 19th Street in Chelsea. The sale started on Thursday (yesterday).

What’s left? A limited selection of furniture (ranging from hundreds of dollars to more than $1,000). There were sofas, chairs, coffee and side tables, a couple of lamps, some lamp shades and a few vintage pieces.

There was very little if any items from the creative department, includes a couple of vintage trunks ($100) that caught our eye. There was no jewelry or vintage clothing this time around.

On one side of the large space, there were tables of bedding, pillowcases and fabric.

The long tables along one side of the room which normally displays tableware and silverware as well as home miscellaneous was lacking merchandise. There were some plates ($10+), cups, glasses ($25) and iconic Ralph Lauren leather trays ($200).  Obviously, shoppers went on a spree yesterday. A staffer told us that one customer made out with 15 bags full of tableware, glasses and silverware.

The sale is suppose to go through this Sunday. But will they sell out before then?
