There were plenty of signature pieces at the Ulla Johnson sample on the Bowery. It’s being held at a raw space on Kenmare and Bowery. Merchandise hangs along racks against the walls. Footwear and sweaters are in the middle of the space. A makeshift fitting room is located in a nook at the back of the space and full-length mirrors are situated throughout.

As for the selection, there were peasant tops ($85-$200), day dresses (around $200), long silk dresses with lace trim such as the Clara ($345), cardigans ($299) on offer. Many were embroidered or had crochet and lace embellishments; prints and solid colors in neutrals, pastels and black made of cotton and silk. Also available were cotton wide-legged or harem pants ($145).

The footwear is all $150 and it’s a mix of flats, heels and boots in primarily neutral, pink and black colors. Sizing is limited. Doors close today at 5:30pm.
