A Sally reader just sent the photo above.  She left empty handed after waiting in a short line before Noon when the Louboutin sale organizers let the public in for the last three hours of the sale. Here’s what she wrote:

“I just left. Woman came out and said $200 to $400 and not many sizes. Rather buy on sale at Saks.”

You may want to skip this sale.  But if you want to venture over there here’s the info:  306 W. 38th St.  14th Fl.  (b/w 8th & 9th St.)  Friday 11/13 until 3pm.

Thanks for the update. I was thisclose to heading over, but when I saw the line report plus the fact that it doesn’t sound like they have many sizes, it made me decide not to go. I would love to hear anything from anyone who went to the “public” part after noon – just to see what I missed! Thanks for all the info!

Here’s an email sent to me from a fellow blogger on line who got in at 1:30p — “… Didn’t buy anything, styles were meh. Really not worth it!! The line is much longer now, about 50 or so.”

i went at 11:45, got in at 1, lots of people getting ahead that were on guestlist…also people trying to pay the doorguy (and failed) and scheme their way in (failed). i walked out with nothing. bad colors left, a lot of the 45 mm heels and some meh exotics. lots of espadrilles though.

Hi, this was a really quality blog. I’d like to blog like this also – taking time and real effort to make a good article… but what can I say… I procrastinate alot and never seem to get something done.

Thank you for the great list. Its pretty hard to google and get the blogs that have high PR. Congratulations for the great effort.
