For just two days, the sample sale venue, Clothingline, in the Garment District is hosting a blowout sale of items presumably leftover from past sales.

The place was hopping with shoppers on Tuesday evening. We haven’t seen it this busy in quite a while. Obviously, these were bargain hunters hoping to find that a really good deal which started at $10.

Before we get into what’s to be had, we must warn you that you’ll need to be prepared to spend time going through the racks to find something worth taking home. Some of the items are damaged and “irregulars” so look carefully at them.

One of the highlights is the rag & bone jeans at just $30. There were also blazers ($50), a few dresses ($50), blouses/sweaters ($30). Several racks had some men’s jeans, blazers and shirts.

Also on offer were tons of Theory and Helmut Lang pieces, including lots of trousers for just $10. But sizing for much of everything was spotty, lots of samples. Other brands include Grey State knits, Mar Y Sol straw bags and more.
