If you’re a beauty fanatic like we are, this is one place you’ll need to check out. Byrdie – an online destination for all things beauty – has partnered with Nordstrom to bring the digital experience to real life with their first-ever pop-up in Downtown New York City. The Byrdie Beauty Lab is a place to experiment with beauty products, indulge in beauty treatments, and learn from the industry’s top professionals.
We attended last night’s preview where we got a peak at what was on offer. You’ll find plenty of skincare products as well as fragrances here which Byrdie has curated from Nordstrom. They’ve tested it all (more than 200 products) and gave them their stamp of approval.
From brightening creams to iridescent makeup, hair products as well as choice fragrances, shoppers will be able to try out everything that’s here. Brands include well-known and little-known products such as Hourglass, Nars, Le Mer, La Prairie, Fresh, SK-II, Keihls, REN, Gucci Fragrances, Tom Ford, Frederic Malle, Jo Malone and so much more. They’re all here for you to swatch, try on, and use in the Lab. Experimenting (and sampling) highly is encouraged.
You can check out the Lab in SoHo at 393 Broadway from December 1-15; Wednesdays to Sundays (12 p.m. to 8 p.m).
All products are available at Nordstrom and can be purchased within the Lab through iPads on-site. For consumers who are located outside of NYC, the lab is one hundred percent shopable online through Nordstrom (click here).
