We got word that the folks at Soiffer Haskin were slashing prices further today at the Ralph Lauren sale in Midtown. Since this is the last day, I thought I’d check it out to see if the markdowns were any good. Plus, to see what was left. I’m happy to report that there are deals to be had here… and there’s still lots of merchandise (at least when I stopped in first thing this morning)…
Let’s get down to the final discounts and what they are… The best deals are on accessories (includes shoes) at 90% off the retail price. Here’s a few examples of what I spotted: Collection black lizard strappy heel is now $125 (was $1,250), suede pumps are now $70 (were $695), lizard wallets are now $175 (was $1,750) and there were only two left. Only a few scarves are left and the belts were going fast. Now onto clothing – women’s apparel (Collection & Black Label) is at 85% off, men’s is at 75% off, except for racks of RRL outerwear for 80% off the retail price. The sale ends today at 5pm… Just a reminder: The YSL sale is being held here on Tuesday, June 12th. Stay tuned for reviews on that as we do plan covering it…

Soozy – They did have suits but I didn’t spend too much time in there and I breezed through the men’s stuff. As I mentioned, men’s clothing is now discounted at 75% off the retail price. That should give you an idea of pricing. I just don’t know what the selection was like.
