For all those Loub fans… a rare event! Christian Louboutin holds a sample sale. Monday 5/18, the members of the press were invited to see the goods a day before the sale started. Apparently, the wait was at least 2-hours for some editors. The sale opens to friends & family Tuesday 5/19, Wednesday 5/20 from 9am to 5pm, and Thursday 5/21 from 9am to 1pm. One major condition: you have to be on THE LIST to get in… unfortunately, I can’t help you with that one. Where: 306 w 38th Street (14th Floor).
Reportedly, there were items under $100 (mostly bags and little leather goods), and the shoes are $100, $150, $250 and $350. Boots and booties about $400.

The editor braved an endless line. She reported that they “watched some fashionistas fall out of line. ‘It’s like The Amazing Race for magazine editors!’ we overheard one damsel declare.
