There’s not a lot left at the Jil Sander showroom on Crosby Street. I popped in yesterday and found a fairly empty space (compared to the first day). They were about to close and I just made it inside. The staffers were rolling out unneeded racks. As to what’s left… well, there was a pile of sweaters (including the Apres Ski Hooded sweater now at $162, was $1,080). On racks were coats, blazers, dresses, pants and skirts. There was also a limited selection of spring/summer 2011 items near the front of the room. For men, there was one rack of gray wool blazers. The accessories (including handbags and belts) were pretty much wiped out. Just a couple of bags and a handful of belts left. The discount is the same: 80% off accessories (handbags & belts) and 85% off clothing. Sale goes through to this Saturday.
