I checked out the designer shoes on the fourth floor yesterday where the deals were a bit better – 60% off a majority of the footwear I picked up. The shoe racks were filled with sandals, flats, heels, platforms and wedges. I spent some time looking at the selection but I found nothing that I loved. At the start of the summer sale, I did spotted a pair of Marni and Stella McCartney sandals which I liked but they were no where to be found in my size. Obviously, I had waited too long. At this point, the selection is pretty much limited.
I spotted the Christian Louboutin spike toe pump now at $679 (was $1,695) – a shoe that’s not only sexy but can also be used as a weapon! If that’s too much for you, there were Prada wedges at $409 (were $820), YSL wedges for $319 (was $795) Stella McCartney corked wedge at $199 (was $495), Jil Sander wedges $319 (was $795), Louboutin satin pumps $399 (was $995) and Prada leather patent heels for $429 (was $950). The selection will most likely be better at the flagship store on Madison Avenue. But if you’d rather shop from home, discount is also available online.
