A Look at This Week’s Sales…

The Housing Works’ annual fall preview sales where you’ll find lots of designer goods from Gucci, Theory, Prada, DVF, and more. Every Fall, the Housing Works Thrift Shops re-stocks its stores with first-rate fashion, accessories, art and home furnishings that they’ve been saving up over the year.  Where/When: Sept 9-24. Julie Haus pop-up store where you’ll find fall/winter collection and the just-launched J/J by Julie Haus diffusion line. Tops are $50 to $108, dresses are $150 to $220, and coats are $230 to $360.  Where/When: 93 Mercer St., nr. Spring St.; M–S (11–8), Su (noon–8) Ongoing.

Leather slingbacks, classic ballet flats, embroidered denim styles, and more are $109 or less at the French Sole sale. Where/When: 976 Lexington Ave., at 71st St. Thru 9/10 M–F (10–7).

Operations is putting its spring merchandise for men and women on sale where items are marked down 70 percent off. The women’s Mackinaw jacket is $227 (originally $700) and the waxed cotton Russian trench in navy or mustard is $168 (originally $500). For men, the Sportsman blazer is $249.87 (originally $832).  Where/When: 60 Mercer St., at Broome St. Thru 9/11 M-F (11-8).

The entire 2009 collection of luxury bathing suits from diNeila is 40 percent off. Where/When: Soho Building, 110 Greene St., nr. Prince St., Ste. 400; Thru 9/8 (10-8).
