Brooklyn designer Hayden-Harnett has joined forces with other labels for an annual blowout sale this week. The hip clothing, bags, shoes and accessories are 40 to 80 percent off. The Burke satchel is $335 ($670), suede military jackets are $260 ($650), and the Thames dress is $140 ($280) and studded leather cuffs [...] Up the street from the DVF sale, is the Alice + Olivia sample sale where this morning all was calm. Not even a line outside. I found a smattering of shoppers, including one woman who had her baby in tow while she looked through the two racks of children’s clothes ($89 for kids dresses [...]
