I went on Sunday, got on the line a bit after 1:00 PM, and didn't get inside until 4:15 PM! They closed off the shoe section to new customers at about 3:00 PM or so, just because there were too many people. Once inside, the handbag selection was great...and at some really good prices! Clothing selection was pretty good too, nice amount of merchandise in relatively every size. Decent handbag selection, but that's about it. No flats. I got on line at 10:15am, and didn't get inside until 2pm. Once inside, you have to take a number (deli-style ticket counter) just to get inside the shoes area. I got number 370 - the ticker was only at 42 (!!) at that point. So after 4 hours on line, I would have had to wait another 2 hours (at least) for shoes. Needless to say, I left disappointed. An absolute mess. Agreed – absolutely not worth it. I waited for two hours and got there at 11am. I finally left b/c we had only moved up a few feet. My friend stayed and was there for 6 hours and didn't even get to the shoes.
